Is it Time?

What does it really mean to be successful? In health? Happiness? Fitness? Business? Career? Sport? Relationships? Life? Who succeeds and why? How can we maximise our time, skills, knowledge, genetics, opportunities, energy, resources and talent to produce ‘better’ in our world? How do we turn our intentions, ideas, goals and dreams (theoretical somethings) into actual results (real-world somethings)? How do we deal with fear in its many forms (procrastination, anxiety, poor self-esteem, over-thinking, anger, avoidance) and how do we continue to learn, grow and evolve despite our normal human challenges? Why do some people waste their time, opportunities and potential and how can we be the exception? How can we become the calm in the chaos? The leader not the follower? The solution person not the problem person? And in the middle of it all, how can we discover (or maybe, create) our own life purpose? If some or all of these questions resonate with you, then this interactive two-day experience could be the platform you need to step out of the over-thinking, self-sabotage and self-doubt and into your power, potential and possibilities.

The Program

This program is a two-day, immersive Personal Development experience for people who are genuinely ready to change their lives or part thereof. It has been developed for those in need of real-world strategies, practical transformation techniques, clarity and a little (or a lot of) motivation, without the psycho-babble, scientific jargon or fluffy feel-good bullshit. The program includes meals (lunch, morning and afternoon tea) and is a combination of coaching, interactive sessions and Q and A, all facilitated and overseen by Craig. And while the subject matter can be deep, the energy and delivery is light, relatable and fun. (Please note: accommodation is not included as part of the program.)

Outcomes and Objectives

The key objective of the program is to educate, motivate and empower participants to identify, design, create and inhabit their ideal reality. To consciously build their best lives. While reality is often seen as a universal and common experience (we all inhabit one), on many levels it is unique and personal; which is why two people in the same place at the same time, going through what appears to be the same thing, will often be having very different experiences. Although our personal reality is influenced and affected by the goings-on of our external world, on an experiential level, it is created (consciously or not, intentionally or not, for better or worse)… by us. By the completion of the weekend, it is expected that participants will have a different level of awareness, insight and understanding around self-management and self-empowerment on a physical, mental, emotional and sociological level.

The Program focuses on five key areas: (1) self-management (2) over-coming hurdles (mental, emotional, physical, practical) (3) understanding, exploring and developing potential (4) understanding and dealing with stress and anxiety and (5) creating a personal blueprint for success.

Who Will Most Benefit From This Program?

While this program will be of value to most people, it is particularly relevant for those who:

  • Struggle to face their fears.

  • Lose motivation and focus.

  • Often fail to follow through on decisions.

  • Have wasted too much time and potential.

  • Are over-thinkers and under-doers.

  • Need to learn how to create healthy relationships (with others and themselves).

  • Have a history of ‘almost’ changing things.

  • Need a cognitive and emotional (thinking, beliefs, self-talk, self-esteem) overhaul.

  • Need to let go of destructive habits and behaviours.

  • Are prone to self-sabotage.

  • Want to gain clarity, perspective and certainty about their next 1, 2, 5 years.

  • Need to build resilience, personal power and confidence.

  • Are genuinely ready to step out of the theory of change and into the real-world practical, messy, sometimes-fun, sometimes-not, process of transforming their life.

From Craig

Hi! I understand that, for some of you, even the thought of getting involved in a program like this can be uncomfortable, unfamiliar and even, scary. I get it. To you I say, you will be one of many apprehensive people and that’s okay. Part of the growth and transformation experience is simply turning up and being willing to do something different, with different people in a different place. Hope to see you there, Craig.
